Jan Richtárik has reached majority in CNC TVAR

Jan Richtárik, co-founder of the CNC TVAR s.r.o., European leader in complex CNC high precision machining of large and complexly shaped parts, became through parent company the majority owner of CNC TVAR.

Based on an agreement between the shareholders, the company management is now unified. As a result of this ownership consolidation, the CNC TVAR gains clear strategy and leadership which ultimately brings the company more operability and adaptability to market conditions.

The company, which is a leader in areas such as hydro-energy, mold machining, or the production of components for aviation, is planning also to enter new markets in the future.

“I am glad that we have agreed on this step and I believe that the unified ownership and management of the company will bring new growth opportunities in the future,” comments Jan Richtárik.

Celebration 10 years

It was 10 years ago when CNC Tvar was established by a small group of toolmaking professionals, some of them just out of another toolshop and all of them with a growing experience in the CNC Milling world. A company based on people, experiance and high productivity started on EPS tools, then moved slowly to hydro business.

Today CNC Tvar is composed of approx 130 people. It has its headquarters and production in Czech Republic – Straz nad Nisou. From small local workshop we have driven to the company with global customer footprint.

We have celebrated end of September with our employees, which we highly appreciate as a team members of our family. Thanks for effort and we are looking forward to next 10 years of our successful story.
